My experience with the last order was that I accidently over ordered 20 pairs instead of 10 and could not correct my mistake. After resigning myself to 20 pair I ordered. My order followed with a reply where I explained my error. A very nice rep from Everdries responded and made the correction, over a weekend. This kind of personalized customer service is almost unheard from in this age of AI. Please keep your company staffed with people.

To tell you the truth just looking at the panties, I thought the absorption material would have been a bit thicker to really catch all the urine. I could not believe the absorption power of these panties… I did a hefty sneeze along with a cough and boy oh boy, not even one little bit got through to my pants!! I am so impressed with these Everdries !!!! They are so very worth buying. Originally ordered 10 of the briefs, but recently added 2 more that way I can have more than enough in between washings. Now what to do with all my other underwear… you sure spend all kinds of money on nice panties… but then wearing a pad can be so icky. Guess, I can still keep them on hand.
