I ordered large even though I am a medium. Customer service was very helpful in exchanging. I’d say these are true to size. As far as comfort? These panties are silky smooth, do not have lines under clothing and get the job done as far as protecting from accidents. I can’t wait to wear them on my next trip to Scotland as I wore a depends during the last flight and was extremely uncomfortable with chafing and I felt like I had a diaper on. Great product, clever idea and wonderful customer service.
