The company backs up thier product and they are comfortable and really works. I use a special mesh bag to keep them separate in the wash. That way I don't accidentally put them in the dryer. They need to be air dried. I use a portable clothesline and line dry in my shower.

I have bought the larger size and find them more comfortable. Also they are more the granny panty style that I’m used to. It’s amazing how much accidental pee they can hold. I wash them in my regular laundry but I hang them to dry. Sometimes especially if I don’t feel well I will continue to wear a pad with them. Sorry Jess… it’s called security.

They are super comfortable, I haven't experienced any creeping or rolling which are big priorities for me. I got the regular undies and found the fabric to be very soft and sporty in appearance. I have very light leakage and haven't experienced any odor during wearing or after washing. My only request would be for a lower rise option with a wide lace waist band (non-roll and for no-show) for a more feminine look. I'm about to be 65 but still prefer hipsters and bikinis.
